Okay, so I need all the basics. I'll put up what gear I'm considering and if anyone can edit it for me that would be awesome, and also tell me the method RuneScape Gold, I have a vague idea , but I'm sure experience would be helpful. I have 87 Magic, 80 Defense , and the 83 Hitpoints. If these statistics aren't enough, I'll most likely train them. Please let me know.
As for soloing, I'm aware with rex could mean the killing of prime and supreme, for example, my range of about 79 (80 easily) and 82 Attack and Strength. I'm doing this mostly to earn money, so If rex truly isn't worth the cash , it'd be interesting to know in addition.
If you're a member of the Burstinglobs friends chat you'll find almost always one who's hybrid and requires a mage with a solo partner to take out Rex for them while they are killing Supreme or Prime. That means that you do not need to be concerned about Prime or Supreme when you're there, except if one of you is a failure at what you're doing.
I'd recommend using Tubby's set-up with mesmerizing boots, and then a Ring of Life until you're sure, then start risking a bit more expensive gear. If there is no one in Burstinglobs looking for a solo mage, just ask if anyone is hybridding/tribridding and can let you hop worlds from theirs, easier than having to kill Supreme/Prime to start your trip.
Bring a tortoise. Make sure you have a brew:restore ratio of 3:1. If you can, bring 2 fruit bat pouches and scrolls for when your tortoise dies OSRS Fire Cape, fruit fall is only good for soloing Rex, it's not really efficient if you're hybridding/tribridding.
