The process of refining diesel oil from waste oil:
(1) In professional Engine Oil Recycling Machine, the waste machine is first pumped into the reaction kettle of the refining equipment. The reaction kettle is vertical. It is added in the coil heat conduction oil at the bottom of the reaction kettle and in the reaction kettle, and then it is cracked into oil and gas.
(2) The oil and gas after cracking into the multi-stage catalytic tower, the catalytic tower is placed with multi-layer filler, and the catalyst with different functions is placed in the filler (usually using degum dewaxing and decolorization catalyst).
(3) Oil and gas enter the condensation system after the multistage catalytic tower, and the oil and gas and circulating water exchange heat and condense into diesel oil. The non-liquefied parts (methane, carbon monoxide) are fed through the gas system into the heating system to be burned.
According to the above method, it takes about 100kg of coal, 90C of electricity and 350kg of water to extract a ton of waste oil. Excluding the recovery cost of waste oil, the cost of consumables for refining diesel is about 400 yuan per ton.
A ton of waste oil can extract about 600kg-700kg of diesel oil, the yield rate is about 60%.

In addition, after the diesel oil is refined, the remaining asphalt at the bottom of the tank is also an important chemical raw material, which can be used to make waterproof products or paving.
