You were dead on right until the end. A"reprocess" is always 100 ores. If the perfect mix requires 300 spod reprocesses then you're correct that you require 30,000 spod. One reprocess of spod will be 100 spod and will give you minerals according to your reprocessing efficiency. Cells I21-I37 in the sheet.
