General introduction to Path of Exile Ultimatum league

Players know they need to recreate a character every time they enter a new league, which is also the most effective measure that the game team can do to maintain the balance between players. Smart players will work out their detailed development plans after learning about the league for a period, and rookies should do the same. If they are pursuing the same outstanding achievements as usual, then they should buy some POE Currency and make the most correct actions under their actual conditions.
