hey can spawn anywhere else but they have noticeably lower rates that are spawn

Both CAN spawn with no Emergency Code happening. They can spawn anywhere else but they have noticeably lower rates that are spawn. I've had success in these places. And the spawn rate is of course made even worse if your want sensor is pso2 sales still on. Well if you have another 10 minutes to squander the Volcano/amduskian (sorry can not ever remember the exact names of these) time attack also has ensured spawns for your dragon bois. However they spawn halfway through it and in the end. Which explains why I was not advocating it. And I usually wind up discovering Fordrans at Volcano Expedition with some ease.

Taking some client orders with you during the Expedition to find Fordrans can be more enjoyable and rewarding. Finding some exp for the main and sub as soon as you turn them as well. And it doesn't feel like draining and/or time wasting. Just incase you or someone else reading this doesn't know: Go pick your assignment (Do not combine a multi block zone nonetheless ). Open the main menu, then find customer orders, then pick"Orders that can be completed in the current area". And flourish a list of quests you can select multiple and for that zone pops up! You may return and select multi block zone. PSO2 is fun. But I could agree it has its pieces. Here's to hoping you give it a second go.

You can't permanently screw up your personality, even being entirely f2p. Mag can be flashed with tools you are able to acquire in-game, depending on how badly you screwed it up it might require a lot of funds but in contrast to grinding BiS this is a really trivial grind. They're tackling all skill tree reset moves like candies and they're per-character so if you have 3 characters on your account (even level 1 ones) you will get 3 moves every time they're passed out. Those can be exchanged between personalities. You have to await the passes to be handed out tho. This is without considering that you can always pay minimal fee to accelerate this. Mags are around 3$ USD and abilities tree pages are fairly cheap also. 20-30$ can get you far in PSO2 when it comes to quality of life but I do understand some folks aren't willing to spend a dime.

In terms of the cherry on the cake, then you may barely screw up a personality (whether it's mag, ability shrub, etc) so much that it makes it unplayable. It is possible but you want to literally go the reverse of common sense about what is good for your character. Most case of"screw-up" I have seen were people exaggerating because they are passing up a few stats like it would gate them out of whatever in PSO2. You will always have things to do with a non min/max character and you will not be gated by it of any material. PSO2 is participant skills 20 percent gear/tree. Min/maxing is important and is a thing but an excellent player can solo any endgame content as a group of 12 people with similar equipment will fight because they are not as proficient at PSO2. Don't forget to have fun and Keep on playing, people really like to create everything a lot than it is.

On this note, to give another set of answers to you: It seems like it will do fine long term. Obviously, this only applies if you like PvE games. You are not actually likely to receive it if you want pvp. It does not exist in the NA version yet, but as far as I am aware, even if we do get it done, it is likely to be a very small minigame, maybe not a real pvp mode. PSO2 isn't social at all from the field but should you join a guild, then you'll see a fair amount of chatter. On top of that, PSO2 has concerts a couple times per day that give fans to everybody. It is buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta fairly common to see a lot of people gather up as a concert's going, and talk.
