Runescape updates can be utilized to contribute

I'm sure the Bonus Experience Weekend played it's part in killing prices for about everything however, damn... This is ridiculous RuneScape Gold. The current Market Price for Astral Runes is 121 Gold Pieces for each. This is 22gp higher than Pure Essense which is shocking to say the least. It is a good thing I can make doubles and so I would still be able to make a profit. (Astrals have been going up over the last few days but they droped from 125 to 121 on the day. A good thing I have sold mine before.)

My current armor is just: Dragon med helm, Rune platebody Rune platelegs of lightness, combat bracelets the dragon scimi/longsword only my Lumbridge task rings 2 and Power Amulet. I recently achieved 70 def and asked one of my friends to tell me what is appropriate for level 70 def. But they're both mage and ranged, therefore I wanted to ask this question here to be sure and get other opinions.

They said that they would purchase their Torags' baton, plates and platebody at around 1.9 million. I looked up the costs and realized that if I buy the items at 1.6 million and then bill the price, I could only spend 1.8 million and still save coins. Then he suggested buying Bandos Boots, but I searched for Dragon Boots and they have the highest strength benefit and cost less. He also suggested buying a whip and amulet of glory which I've purchased.

I've been camping a lot in the area of metal dragons seeking clue scrolls and effigies and court summons (i would call it Vissy, but i don't wish to make it sound like a joke). I have been meleeing mostly but also dabbling with mage when i've accumulated enough blood runes from drops.

I don't have a lot of money (like 600k cashpile atm that's why I'm at the metal dragons). What can I do to enhance my system to make it more efficient or what have you RS 2007 Accounts. This is a brimhaven dungeon not a resource dungeon. Stats: 93 att, 86 str, 80 def, 89 hp, 80 range, 87 mage, 71 pray, 62 summoning.
